Back To The Tap™ was Founded in November of 2007 by Faith Paulus, an Interior Designer who recognized the estimated 10 billion plus in annual plastic bottle waste that continues to wreak
havoc on our health and our environment, is typically tossed by people "On The Go".
While it is clear that this demographic is becoming more environmentally conscious, the average consumer continues to purchase bottled water when they cannot find a ready source of "Filtered" tap water. Reusable plastics that are manufactured in colorful containers are a better alternative, however they may pose a threat to marine wildlife, who mistake the blue and green plastic bits for food.
Through its comprehensive informational website, the Back To The Tap™ Campaign was the first to introduce a "solution" for reducing global plastic waste through their "Filter as you Drink" technology ~ providing the convenience of NSF certified drinking water, which can be drawn from any commercial or residential tap source for just pennies a day.
